Yes. On a goal, use "Add data for your next call" to attach a workout export or a screenshot, or share a file into the Checkmate app from another app. Supported formats are CSV, JSON, PNG, JPEG, and WebP, up to 6 MB each, with a maximum of 3 files per goal at a time. Checkmate reads the recent activity in the file and shows you what it understood. If you see "no activity from the last 7 days", export a more recent range or share a screenshot instead.
