- You get one call per week for your whole account, on the day and time you chose, in your timezone.
- Calls are always at least 6 days apart, even if you change the schedule or recreate a goal.
- If we miss you, we call again about an hour later, up to 3 calls that day, then wait until your next weekly call. A missed call never undoes your progress.
- You can change the call day or time at any time from the goal's Edit screen. If this week's call has already gone out, changes apply from next week.
- Calls are made by an AI, not a human, and may be recorded to generate your summary. Standard carrier rates for incoming calls may apply.
You can also pick the voice your buddy calls with (female or male) in Settings.
