- Motivation emails: turn them off in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in the email. Service emails about your calls and account are still sent.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text from Checkmate.
- Delete a goal: its logged progress is deleted with it.
- Delete your account: email hi@getcheckmate.co and we will remove your account and associated data.
